LPG is the abbreviation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The name itself suggests that LPG is in the form of Liquid. Also, a gas can be transformed into liquid when it is under high pressure. To transform LPG it requires something about 250 psi for Propane at 55°C and LPG is a heterogeneous mixture of various gases. So, we can conclude that it requires a very high pressure at a particular temperature to put LPG into a cylinderThis is done by the manufacturers by using pressure pumps.
