How can we get rank of a moderator?And how can we delete a question?Please tell..........

To become a moderator your answers should be finest of finest quality. The answer should explain the concept in a good manner that would be liked by all. Your answers should not be incorrect. You have to always report incorrect and spam answers. The reporting should also be correct. Not like you can report any answer you think is wrong.
To delete a question, somebody has to report the question to the moderators . The moderators are the ones who delete the question if they find it is wrong.
