Solar panels are panels installed where the sunlight reaches maximum because these panels are capable of turning solar energy into electricity.

These solar panels contain a number of solar cells which are aligned on these panels.

These cells absorb the heat from sunlight and transfer it to the boilers which heat up the water and the steam produced out of it is used to create electricity using the same application used in steam engines.

The photovoltaic solar cells can be connected in a series or in parallel to make a solar panel .hence when many solar panels connected in series they form a solar array. In such manner we can get the required amount of energy by connecting solar panels.
