how can we improve the safety of women in country ..? how can we change the mindset of one who rapes female

hey !!! answer to ur remarakable question is
=we have to make woman secure by giving them so extra powers as well as seminars must be conducted in every place of India in order to spread awareness
=as we know a dreadful incident of asifa a 8 year old girl was gang raped but no strict action is taken for those people
=we the people of India can change this country ....hope it helps

Mostly we can change people mind better and cheap education. By encouraging them to respect women. By teaching them good manners from small age. Government can do this. By providing free and better quality of education to every and every individual of the country. We can also give equal as same as men to women to encourage them in every field. There should be free Judo Karate, Gatka or self protecting free hand weapon to teach women when they will be in trouble. So they can use that. At last, People Mindset can only be changed via better quality of education.
