First of all sodium :

➡️ Firstly, sodium atom can lose 1 electron to form electro +ve ions.

This is a property of metals

➡️ Second, it reacts with acids to form salt and hydrogen gas.

Now,

Aluminum :

➡️ Firstly, it is malleable and Ductile which is exquisite property of metals.

➡️ Secondly it also loses electrons (3) to form electro+ve ions.

All these are properties of metals.

SO THEY ARE METALS.

Now,

Zinc :

➡️ It reacts with acids to form salt and hydrogen gas.

➡️ It loses electrons (2) to form electro+ve ions.

Note :

There are numerous properties but i have considered the widely accepted properties.

We can also prove them by nature of their oxides also.
