Answer:

Indian judiciary is considered an independent institution because: It does not fall under the control of the legislative or the executive. The judges do not act on the government's direction or in the favour of the ruling party.

The judiciary of India is Independent.

Explanation:

Actually, judiciary means power. The power of the government to give justice to the law or according to law.

we can say judiciary of India is independent in many ways.

Supreme court have the highest judicial powers. Now the chief justice of supreme court is sharad arvind.

The main thing is it doesn't dependent upon anything. It gives justice for all. It proves that all are equal before law. It is fair and not partial to anything. It favour only for constitutional values and against fear. The work of judicial officials like chief justice.....is appreciable.

It doesn't depend upon legislative and executive. also it doesn't work for the favour of ruling party leaders. It only works for the truth.

In recent times it is easy to prove that Indian judiciary is independent through the power of press and media..
