firstly we should use dustbin. And we don't throw garbage here and there . city is like a home. so we always clean our environment.

ok, that is ok but where are the dustbins outside . Very few dustbins are available in India and that too near the city cleaning organizations .And that area is also dirty . why?? I notice that people may become lazy for doing keeping the garbage in a right place .they should first realise the importance of cleanliness .the main problem is illiteracy in the world ,because of this the population is increasing and they are not able to understand the importance of cleanliness.
in other countries it is a wrong work to make the place dirty . that person will have to go to jail.since those countries have less population

well people first must realize the importance of keeping the cities clean. they should know how to keep the cities clean such as by using dustbins, not throwing wastes here and there. to spread awareness among people about the need to keep the surroundings clean and the ways to do so.
