Information regarding temperature pressure catalyst etc . is provided Above and below the arrow. separating reactants and products .

The reaction which are reversible can be shown by the sign of reversibility .

Heating during the reaction can be shown bed sign of delta over the arrow.

Physical states of reactants and products can be provided by using the letters as for solid l for liquid G or upward Arrow for gas and aq for solution in water .

Chemical reactions proceed with evolution or absorption of heat .This information is provided by adding the term heat .

Concentration of acids can also be added to the reaction .

Any reaction in which a precipitate is formed the precipitate can be represented by a downward arrow .
