Worrying about something is really bad for our health.

We really need to care our health but also about our

bills. But what would happen if we think a lot of about it?

A tunnel with no light in the end: Over thinking leads you into a dark tunnel which has no light in the end causing emotional pain, guilt and trauma.

Opportunities Lost.

Leads to anxiety and depression.

Over thinkers end up being pessimist and unhappy.

Causes Insomnia.

Complicates life.

But also we can manage our stress. There are many wages to manage this-

1.Don't think of what can go wrong, but what can go right. Life is too short to live. We need to live here with happiness.

2.Distract yourself into happiness.

3.Put things into perspective.

4.Stop waiting for perfection.

5.Change your view of fear. There is nothing which bring with us and brought during our birth.

6.Put a timer to work.

We just need to put our some efforts to bring changes and do good to save electricity. This enough to manage the over thinking.
