how can we preapare a toy helicopter with small motors and wires in our home

No there is no way you can do that because making a helicopter with ordinary motor u need high power motor an light weight body...............

you can make the helicopter design using  motors and wires. Its blades will rotate but it will not fly because that motor and fan cannot lift the weight. so u cannot make the flying helicopter
