See, first of all they are many ways in preventing undesirable changes.

These changes should be prevented because these are not benificial.

Example:-

With example we can learn many preventing methods..

To prevent rusting of iron we can coat it by zinc and also we can paint on the iron surface.

To prevent oxidation of foods we should add some chemical preservatives in it and we can also pack them in air tight containers.
