2)By doing a lot of physical work.
3)Exercise including yoga.
4)A healthy balanced diet.
5)Proper rest, i.e, correct amount of sleep.
6)Eat green leafy vegetables.
7)Drink a lot of water.
8)moderate alcohol consumption.
9)avoid fast-foods.
10)Its better to cut off fat intake.But one can only consume good fats and avoid bad fats.
