Which fruits or vegetables should be eaten regularly to get vitamins?

in fruits we should take orange, and apple.regurly
in vegetable we should take all green vegetable in every day..

All fruits and vegetables contain vitamins.So the fruits and vegetables available to you in the season ,should be eaten.
Generally banana ,palak carrots,broccoli ,cabbage are available in all seasons.
