I believe in a democratic Mexico. Mexico has some real concerns stopping the liberty of the political process.

The same three hundred family settling Mexico still engage in the political process quite readily. The families have interests in the political process, intersecting with the people at a level where the family's interests proceed the interests of the general populace.The geography is difficult to govern. Mexico is principally, a mountainous country. A mountainous region is difficult to govern for any government.The mountains allow for factions to form. The factions are a form for the central government.Infrastructure needs are seriously needing improvement. Looking at a satellite image of Mexican Cities there is no grid system. A grid system provides structure dividing the cities in easily accessible sectors. Accessible to authorities, and to service providers.The infrastructure system does not allow for major roads into the mountainous regions. Services in the areas will allow for some system of federal governance, and services to the area.Privatizing the state controlled oil system will keep money out of the hands of the government.A tax system based on open practices, of good accountability will help the federal government distribute resources to the Mexican people equally.arming the police with video cameras placed on the communication badges of the officers will allow for better practices of the police. The police will have accountability away from central authority.An improvement in building infrastructure with a standardized building code will increase living standards.When the shallow lake was drained in the Valley of Mexico, it caused the land to subside. The land subsidence destroys the water infrastructure inside the city. Mexico City is the heart of Mexico. This answer comes as a geographical concern. Moving government services north will allow for greater access for all Mexican citizens.The southern regions need more security at the border between Mexico, and Guatemala.Inland waterways, Mexico has close to few. The thin strip between the Yucatan, and the greater part of Mexico can serve as an inland highway transport between the Pacific, and Atlantic with ports on both sides allowing Mexico some of the benefits of a Canal region.Mexico has a young population, reaching out to trading partners in The Pacific, and Atlantic will bring Mexico in greater integration with the world economy. China, Russia, Australia, and Parts of Europe, and India will bring an increased revenue to the Mexican economy.Better regulation of National parks will keep areas of Mexico in reserve, and conserve. The areas are a gift, and allow for the preservation of bio diversity.Education is transcendental in nature, the building of more Universities, and encouraging people to attend school with emphasis on key industry needs will able a working populace to enter the workforce.Mexico needs a national plan. A focus with clear cut goals, published to everyone on how to grow Mexico. It must be a plan of unification. The plan must be carried out. The plan must address the needs or include some of the needs listed above. Everyone working toward the same goal causes unity.

Mexico is democratic. Every government in every nation is flawed. The government flaws are inherent. A country can work on improving the situation, mitigating the flaws. It is what every government, working on improvement practices.
