Mark Antony is definitely a good orator.
He knows that the people of Rome are influenced by basic sentiments. He knows how to turn the tide against his enemies. He was a tactful man. He knows how to appeal to the people and win their support.

He arouses sympathy for Caesar, his conquests. He shows that Caesar was not ambitious while at the same time abiding by the conspirator’s conditions ( he should not blame them, he keeps calling them honourable) . He shows the cuts made the conspirators. He reads Caesar’s will. His speech fills the people with emotion and grief their anger is turned towards the conspirators.

Antony appeals to the basic sentiments of the common people.He very cleverly directs his speech towards Caesar's greatness as a human being.He, in that way , arouses the citizens' feeling of revenge against the conspirators.So ,his speech has a good impact on truth and he can be considered as good orator or speaker.
