If our fundamental rights are violated or taken away by any individual or government, then we can file a case in court for remedy by article 32 of our constitution that is right to constitutional remedies. In this way we can safeguard our fundamental rights.

To secure our fundamental rights, we must first know what a fundamental right is. A fundamental right is a right that the government or anybody cannot deny to you.

Some of the fundamental rights are right to freedom, right against exploitation, right to education, and a reason to select a religion. Fundamental rights are what make us free.

To protect these rights, we must not let any political, social or governmental party deprive us of them. We must fight against the unjust actions of anybody to defend our fundamental rights.
