We can seperate cream from milk by centrifugation method. In this method.... the milk is spun @ high speed in the centrifuge and due to the centrifugal force.... the milk settles down and cream floats. then they seperate it. This method is even used in laboratories to check blood samples and as well as in washing machine. LIKE PLSS
