How can we transfer PDF files saved in Google Drive of our phone to pC?

On your phone, tap the "Charging this device via USB" notification. Under "Use USB for," select File Transfer. An Android File Transfer window will open on your computer. Use it to drag files.

when u attach yr cable connectior from yr phone to yr pc then one option box appears for USB

when u enter in option box u will get 4 options

in which one of them is import files from media

chosse this and now u can export and import

anything
