How can you collect gum from trees

scratch the bark frm certain height to some extent in form of loops.then tie a bowl to the stem  of tree.now to heal the damage we made plan secrete some latex commonly known as gum and that is collected in the bowl we arranged drop by drop.after bowl fills up take out the bowl of gum
