actually we can't decide a human is good or bad by his/her looking and clothing becoz there is no need to look good and wear good cloth for good impression ,we can decide a good human by his/her kindness and nature to other.

No Shubhi82 you're wrong, we can able to answer that we've a point that we can able to say opp. person character with their clothing, there is a way in psychology for everything. I can say strongly that it's possible to say their mood by their face & character with clothing.
