There are many methods but the most commonly used is by taking 2 colored water red anf blue. put a plant stem with a flower in the waters one in red and other in blue. keep it undisturbed for 1 or2 days. U will see the flower colored in red or blue. this shows the transportation in plants.

Tu experimentally demonstrate the transportation of water in plants we can simply perform the below mentioned experiment,

1)At first take a small bowl of completely dry chickpeas.

2) Now take another same sized bowl and fill the 1/3rd part of the bowl with clean water.

3) Now transfer all the dry chickpeas in the bowl with water, now the arrangement should be made in such a way that the chickpeas on the uppermost layer of the bowl , don't stay in the direct contact with the water.

4) After 5-6 hours ,we will see that the every chickpea is now soggy and soaked some amount of water and if we remove chickpeas from that bowl we will see that the water which we poured in the bowl has been decreased in amount.

It proves that the plant cells absorbs and transports the water from cell to cell.
