Newtons Third Law of motion states that every action has a equal and opposite reaction.

newton's 3rd law states that "to every action there is an opposite and equal reaction " that means when we ( the 1st object ) apply force on the 2nd object the 2nd object exerts equal and opposite force to us (1 st object).
