Press the ''right arrow'' key while keeping the ''shift" key held down.

hey ....
we can highlight text from keyboard by short cut keys like ctrl + b (bold) ,ctrl + u (underline ), ctrl +i (italic), etc
or u can access mouse from short cut key shift+ ctrl + backspace or u can also use shift + ctrl + end
and then you can use keyboard to move currsor
