➡ During exercise your body cell requires a lot of oxygen and so to fulfill this requirement, the heart muscles work harder to increase the amount of blood supply through your body.

➡ During cardiac arrest or due to the blockage of Aorta or Vana Cava, the passage of blood flow gets hindered and so the muscles work harder to supply the blood through them.
