How can you prepare pop from gypsum and gypsum from pop

on heating gypsum at 373K it loses water molecules and becomes calcium sulphate hemihydrate (CaSO4.1/2H2O) .this is also called POP.
POP is a white powder and on mixing it with water it changes into gypsum giving a hard mass ....
