How can you prove that radioactivity is a nuclear phenomena?

radioactivity is a nuclear phenomena due to the emergence of different rays
It emits alpha rays. Clearly protons and neutrons are constituents of nucleus. Thus alpha radiation makes it obvious that they originate from the atomic nucleus. Beta rays comes from the negative electrons. and  Gamma radiation are made of particles that are charge neutral. which is neutron
