How can you say that end of the poem The Frog and the nightingale is unjustified?

it is because the frog for his own benifit harmed the nightingale and killed it

The poem reaches a logical conclusion. The frog had planned to eliminate the nightangle from hia way. He wanted to remain the monarch of his somain.
