In china there is no Democracy. There they follow Communism i.e they only have one government that governer the whole nation. so people opinion are neglected............

In china, elections are held. But the ruling party has the control over the elections. They use unfair means to be in government.
So actually citizens are going to have a fixed government, which symbolises that people don't have choices in election.
