there are some points which can clarify your doubts first of the first. Is that are Judiciary is free from the legislative and executive
but it is not a powerful because if a Supreme Court judge gives a commencement then if most of the people of the Lok Sabha can opposite then they can make him to impeach so we can't say that the judicial system of India is the most strongest in the world also it is that no one can control on the salaries given to the judges it is decided by the consolidated fund of India which is not under the control of the legislative and executive so in turn it is also benefit and he is also some of the disadvantage so we can't say that it is the strongest in India

Hey friend,
Here's your answer,
The judiciary in India is one of the most powerful in the world. The Supreme Court and the High Courts have the power to interpret the Constitution of the country.
They can declare invalid any law of the legislature or the actions of the executive, whether at the Union level or at the state level, if they find such a law or action is against the Constitution.
The powers and the Independence of Indian judiciary allows it to act as the guardian of the Fundamental Rights.
Moreover, mode of appointment and removal of Judges of Supreme Court and High Courts makes Indian judiciary more powerful.
Our judiciary is independent of legislative and executive controls. It has the rights to take decisions independently.
Hope this helps!!!!!
