Water is necessary due to it's need for our body.We just can't live without water.
Every body cell , organs as well as the tissues use water in order to perform their function and for regulation of temperature.Water also use as the medium for ,most of the metabolic reaction. It also participate in number of metabolic reaction . Water have their role in number of body process or atleast in normal regulation of body process. More than 60% of adult human body actually consist of water . Our organs have the water like the lungs composed of About 83% water.
This is why we need water in order to stay alive and for normal body functioning.
