Distilling water out of anything is easy, just boil the liquid and catch the vapor the evolves off the surface. The vapor when condensed is distilled water. The best way for something like orange juice would be to bring the juice close to but not actually to a boil. You want the juice to evaporate water out, which makes the purest distilled water. Actual boiling throws droplets up with the steam and the distillate becomes increasingly contaminated with carryover the more vigorous the boil. Water content varies from as low as 25% for a concentrate to 95% for reconstituted from concentrate and it also could be anywhere in between depending on the company doing the dilution of the concentrate.
