There are infinite solutions to this problem. ( By trial and error method)
Eg. 1+6+23=30, -1+8+23=30
or 14+7+7=30 , 21+1+8=30
however , if you want only odd numbers to be filling the blanks ,
then the possible solution is
3!+9+15=30
3! is 3*2*1=6.
