Milk is definitely a mixture, you have a collection of cells which are comprised of many different compounds.

Milk is definitely a mixture. Milk is said to be a mixture because pure milk (with no extra water mixed) itself contains 5 to 10 percent water, which remains mixed with the milk but doesnt react chemically with it.
