Water is a media of a good conductor of electricity,which is made of atoms and atoms are conductors of electricity.It can be stopped from conducting electricity by for example,pure water cannot conduct electricity,but the equilibrium distilled water can conduct electricity,we need to mix the both pure and distilled water with carbon dioxide so that we can reduce the concentration off ions which helps in transmission of electricity.
