How can you tell how much ink is left in a ballpoint pen with a black ink cartridge?
Answers
Answer:
If the refill isn’t transparent, it won’t be an easy task no matter what color the ink. I usually change a ballpoint cartridge when it skips continuously or completely stops writing. I usually carry a spare refill for this reason.
I suppose if you really wanted to you could weigh a fresh refill and an empty one. Then weigh the cartridge you’re using every so often to see how much is left.
Are you really sure you want to go that far???
