Chuck hooper was a determined man. He was paralysed completely on his left side but yet attempted to start moving. Step by step he covered great distances. This is not a feat that can be achieved by just anybody. One needs to be determined about their goal and persevere to reach them. His disability was a test that he had passed with flying colours only because of his determination and perseverance.
