the asset value is 100000(5%of f.v)
so it is 5000 rs only..

10% of 100000 is 10000
no it is 5%
sorry the asset is purchased on 1 oct so from 1 oct to 31 March that is 6 month so we charge depreciation for half year 10000÷2 = 5000. I HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU.
