We don’t feel the spinning of the earth because, we are also spinning along with it.
At the equator the speed of rotation is about 1,675 km/hr (465 m/s). The earth maintains it’s speed of spinning at this rate (fixed). Because of this fixed speed we don’t feel the earth spinning.
Imagine we are travelling in a plane or a car. As long as the plane moves smoothly without any turbulence, we actually do not feel the movement.
