constitution is the hard work of 2 years by the people of India and father of the constitution is Dr BR Ambedkar who did his best to donate the best principles and laws for a democratic country to develop and for the b a a developed nation in the constitution there are mentioned several policies and principles that safe the weaker sections of the society such as lower caste the lips tribes adivasi women and children who have been discriminated and suffered a lot because of society norms that word unreasonable false it also mention start untouchability is a crime which results tu punishment if also there is reservation policies for the lower caste people and the adivasis so that they can give education in free and advance and can be up to date with the other people of society reservation policies works by giving the lower caste people free facilities of government hospitals and colleges school, under article 15 and start 17 it states that untouchability and discrimination is a crime that leads to punishment to the person whosoever perform it.
