convex lens behaves like a converging lens (like convex lens ) when it is kept in benzene because the refractive index of benzene is less than convex lens but with longer focal length.

But it does not effect the nature of lens

Heya

Your answer is given below :

The refractive index of convex lens is more than that of benzene so when we kept convex lens in benzene then it does not affect but the focal length of convex lens wil increase.

Only a change will be seen the focal length of convex lens will increase.....Sorry........

Thanks
