After the vote according to the present scenario of our judiciary system it is a bit difficult to keep an eye on them , and even if you are going to find out that they are not working properly , the maximum you can do is to complain ( not sure whether they will write it or not)
even then if you want to find out then you can go through social audits (assuming it happen in your constituency) or youcan directly file an RTI .
PS- precaution is better than cure ,so it will be better if we check about our MP/MLA first and then vote rather than voting first and then keeping an eye (especially in present scenario).
