How could you decrease the pressure exerted on the bottom of a glass of water?

The pressure of a liquid depends on 3 things, first one is the density of the liquid,second is the height of the column in which the liquid is in and third is the gravitational field strength. We can’t change the gravitational field strength or the density , so what we can do is to decrease the height of the water in the glass
