There is discrimination in the society based on caste, religion, status and also power. Hence, when any crime takes place, it leads to social injustice based on such discriminations.

Justice comes mainly to those who are powerful and belongs to a higher class of society. Not all victims get justice and not all criminals get punishment. If the criminal is someone powerful or belongs to a higher class in the society then he misuses his power and money to get released.

In most of the cases, the common man suffers as he neither has enough money nor power and he suffers in the hands of the unjust system that mostly favours the wealthy and powerful.
