Agriculture is one most important factor of income . Lot of employment opportunities are generated due to agriculture. Moreover, Due Moderate amount of rainfall , agriculture can be practised on a large scale in India . One can do study of agriculture in many fields like organic chemistry, crops production etc . Local as well as urban people are attracted towards village due to agriculture . Moreover agriculture can not stop in India . This is how agriculture effect social structures.

Human shifted from hunting and gathering models to fixed farming villages.As population increased due to increased surplus of food urban area surfaced.... The surplus food also led to the development of social classes.
Trade and merchant classes born due to farming.
