Explanation:

after the rebellion of 1857,British undersood that Indians were not listening to their orders and were becoming their own way.So they establish some rules to give a little bit freedom to indians but instead of rules they were increasing the cost living and also say such a big lie that if the Indians help to win against France then they would leave india,but the actions were quite opposite to their promise.

So there are some changes like reduce in cost,own lifestyle,indians at higher positions at state level,courts, stations,etc
