how did East india company capture regular supply of cotton and silk goods from Indian weavers ? explain​

Answer: The British came to India as traders, in the 16th century to buy spices and fine cloth that the Indian weavers made. In 1600 A.D, they formed a company called East India Company and set up their trading centers.
