Enabling act was passed on 3 march, 1933. This acts established dictatorship in Germany. It gave Hitler all powers to sideline Parliament (don't obey its decisions) and rule by decree. Hitler took all of the Germany under his control. All the powers rested under his hands and he was no answerable to people. There was no scope for freedom in Germany during his rule.
