Food production increased in 19th centurybecause:
1. More lands were brought under cultivation. 2. Landlords sliced pasturelands and carved up open fields.

In 19th Century The world population began to rise rapidly and there became shortage of food and to cope with this situation Scientists found a way that if we add Fertilizers Into the soil it will increase it's production and that's how food production increased!
