The new constitution came it to effect after the fall of kingship in 1791 ,due to French Revolution,after execution of king in 1792,France become a republic.But shot lived constitution due to unstable government .Then Republic was ended by Napoleon Bonaparte by named himself As the Emperor of France in 1804.In 1815 Bourbon kings were restored by the help of British and deposed Napoleon out of country .Thus France become Constitutional monarch from 1815 to 1848 after Louis was overthrew once again France become a republic.
