How did french seek to dominate vietnamist through education

due to the Vietnam occupied French the French thought they should provide education to the weakness so they supplied text books to the weeknum schools so that text books main thing is French Nations so the basement teachers or disagree with the stars books and they said to the students fully up awfully opposite to the text book which is given by the French show the Vietnam and students are against the French due to the education

Actually what happened in Vietnam was the same as in India.The French wanted to destruct Vietnam totally. We know that the culture and tradition is the soul of any region. And it is often said that if u want to dominate over a country and destruct it's existence, then first first destruct it's culture because culture is the basis of civilization. Therefore what the French did, they banned Chinese language in Vietnamese Schools and in place of that they started to propagate the French language. This was done so that the young future generation of Vietnam could very easily adopt the French language and culture and the Vietnamese and Chinese culture could lose its identity...
